All customers looking to purchase from out of state should read the following:
- Pricing and rebates?
- The advertised pricing for the vehicles on our website and other media is after all incentives applicable to residents of the Miami-FL region. Deluxe Cars Miami may offer different incentives for your home address; therefore, the pricing may be different.
- Can I finance with my bank or credit union?
- Certified or wired funds must be received from your lender by the dealership before delivery. NO VEHICLE WILL BE SENT BEFORE FUNDS ARE CLEAR IN OUR ACCOUNT. Drafts, letters of credit, or funds on hold will not be accepted on out of state deals.
- How would I sign the documents?
- You can sign your documents via DocuSign we will provide to you thru email after all verifications has been completed.
- Will the vehicle be shipped to me?
- We do not ship vehicles, but we can recommend some third-party companies in good faith.
- Can I title and register the vehicle I purchase outside the state of Florida?
- Title and registration information must be obtained regarding your home state, most states can accept a salvage title to be rebuilt therefore registered without any problems. The vehicle you are inquiring about will not be held before deposit has been received.
- What about taxes?
- Most states, but not all states, are “reciprocal” with Florida for sales tax which is 6%. If you are out of state, we do not charge FL tax.
- Can I register any Deluxe Cars Miami vehicle in my home state?
- Some states have different emission requirements than Florida do your research.
- What if I am not returning home soon?
- No problem, unless your home state requires a vehicle/emissions inspection in your home state before they will title and register the vehicle.
- Can I handle my own title and registration?
- Yes, if you purchase a preowned vehicle with immediately available certified or wired funds.
- What about additional fees charged by my state?
- We only charge $499 dealer fee + 100 documentation fee over the price of the vehicle. We are not responsible nor charge any additional fees charged in your state.
- Is possible to make the payment of the reservation be made thru the website?
- We have the Zelle, credit/debit card and wire transfer options for only payment. Credit/Debit card only for the reservation ($1,000) we would love to automatize this and put the card on hold quickly thru the site
